Treasury policy
Sale proceeds in USDT are transferred by the sale contract directly to the immutable treasury address in the purchase transaction. The web platform never custodies proceeds and holds no treasury keys.
Referral payouts are made from a separate payout treasury under two-person finance approval and reconciled against confirmed transfer transactions.
Security approach and disclosures
Investors sign every transaction from their own wallet. Wallet ownership is proven with a signed message bound to this domain, chain id 56 and a single-use nonce. We never request seed phrases or private keys.
The sale contracts have no soft cap, escrow or refund path. Purchases are final. Round status, sold amounts and claimable balances are read from the chain; the platform publishes no estimated statistics.
